Then open this site----

After open Google Translator type Your website name...
in first text box of translator......
then select the language....
after this select another language that u want to convert your website....
after this all process click on translate......
then you will see your website open in your selected language.....
and.....
if your website is blocked so u can use IP address of your Website with ping...
or
you can search any websites or URL IP address with this site....
