Open CMD (command prompt) with help of (WIN+R)=run
then type in RUN.....CMD then hit enter.....
You will appear a command prompt window...
then type this command
PING website then hit enter.....
Ex- PING www.google.com
after some time you will see IP address of the website....
Copies this IP address.......and paste in your web browser's address bar....
then hit enter.......
perhaps your site is open.........
